It was a fun day here at Tamaki College.
The student leaders and prefects have been working hard to get the rest of the students ready for athletics day.
They came on in their whanau groups, chanting and performing into the first points of the the day.
There was races, gum boot throwing, high jumps and the shot put to keep the crowd happy and everyone joined in and enjoyed themselves.

Powhiri 2015

We had a lovely morning here at Tamaki College. The whole school was assembled on the Marae so we could welcome our Year 9 students and our new students and staff to the school.
It was a lovely morning and the senior students and school leaders and prefects put on a great welcome.
